Yes, our Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that uses a compressed air system instead of weight, with options for adjusting the intensity and frequency of the exercises, helping to avoid risks of joint injuries, and can be used by adults of all ages. The Center also offers spinning classes, water gym classes, and Pilates, in addition to a computerized physical evaluation. All this accompanied by specialized instructors.
